Mrs. Figueroa-Arce has over 15 years of legal experience, having worked most of her legal career at one of Puerto Rico’s top tier firm – McConnel Valdés, LLC. She has successfully litigated in federal and Puerto Rico courts, and administrative forums. Her areas of experience include employment and labor law with emphasis on HR policy and compliance, high-profile complex family law matters, general civil litigation and appellate practice, immigration and notarial work.
